Important Notice: Guidance for Trips to Nikko in the Autumn Foliage Season (October–November)

Please be advised that heavy traffic congestion is expected from Tobu Nikko Station to the Chuzenji Lake area, which may cause travel delays of more than two hours. Please note that refunds will not be given if you are unable to take the bus from Tobu Nikko Station to the Chuzenji Lake area.  
For day-trip visitors, we recommend purchasing the Nikko Pass World Heritage Area.
